From May 2008 there is a change to the dress code. From May 08's club we will no longer accept 'all black' as part of the dress code. i.e. You will no longer get in if all you are wearing is black trousers and a black shirt (unless of course they are made of a material normally associated with a fetish club ex a black shirt can be worn if you are wearing leather trousers).

Here is a list of styles that will be allowed. If you want to dress in something that isn't on the list then please contact us before hand. You never know it might end up on the list:

Dinner suit (proper bow tie or spinning thing)
Lingerie
Gothic
Skin/Body Art

National Dress (doesn't have to be yours but no more blue jeans claiming to be Australian)

If in doubt (especially if it's your first time) contact us, through email (which is on the contacts page).

  • What not to wear:
    No denim of any colour
    Street clothing
    Blue jeans (of any shade)
    Sports wear (Shell suits etc)
    Black dress trousers and black dress shirt

  • Shops in Glasgow where you can buy clothes suitable for Violate (if you know of others then let us know):

    Osiris (Queen Street - New big shop close to where their old tiny one was.)

    Hellfire (West Nile Street - ask to see downstairs)

    Cyber (King's Court - 10% Discount with valid Violate card)
  • Clone Zone (Virginia Street - 10% Discount with valid Violate card in all their stores through out the UK)
